Besides safeguarding the county, TIGER is keen to kill the dragon because the girl SZE MUNG LO promises to marry the one who killed the dragon since her father was killed by the dragon. Gifted man CHOW MAN BUN is being attacked by the dragon on his way to attend the government examinations. BUN has no choice but to hide away in his cousin CHUK CHI SHAN's home. BUN later kills the dragon with TIGER. TIGER burns the books and money of BUN accidentally and he tries to make compensation by buying his calligraphy.
